Wallet Responsibility

The wallet you may generate when logging in to Stage for the first time is provided by Privy.io. Responsibility for the Wallet rests with Privy.io and you as the user. Privy.io is not affiliated with Stage, and you are solely responsible for reviewing, understanding, and agreeing to Privy.io's terms and conditions related to the Wallet you generate through their service.

Stage has no access to, control over, or ability to modify your Wallet or its private keys, however generated.

Wallet Operation

Stage is not responsible for the operation, performance, availability, or features of the Wallet, nor for any losses or damages incurred or suffered directly or indirectly as a result of using the Wallet.

Wallet Loss or Access Loss

Users are solely responsible for maintaining continuous access to their Wallet. Wallet loss or access loss may occur for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Loss of access to the login method used to authenticate with Stage (e.g., X account suspension or compromise)
  • Failure to securely back up private keys or recovery credentials
  • User error leading to accidental deletion or misplacement of credentials
  • Device loss, damage, or failure without backup credentials
  • Loss of access resulting from changes to Privy.io's platform or policies

In these circumstances, Stage is unable to assist in wallet recovery or access restoration.

Wallet Security Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Safely backing up private keys and recovery information
  • Maintaining control over the device and accounts used to authenticate into Stage
  • Ensuring that your login method (e.g., X) remains active and secure

Stage cannot:

  • Recover your Wallet
  • Reset private keys
  • Intervene with Privy.io
  • Access your assets or restore balances

Loss of access to your Wallet may result in the permanent loss of funds or assets contained within it.
